I do not think this is SKAT-2DT:

SKAT-2DT is MVD version of LShZ-2DT and should have semicircle mounts for the visor on either side of the helmet. These helmets are missing it.
Perhaps it is another version of the helmet "SKAT"?
It's VV MVD version (gov contract) which is not available on the Armocom's website
